Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to offer customers an exchange or refund for items purchased online within 14 days from the date received. We understand that there are some issues such as sizing that can be difficult to get it right online. Therefore, we have taken the fear out of buying online by offering you a replacement or your money back. The steps involved in returns are as follows:

The items must be returned undamaged and in original condition. Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and colour based on stock availability. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and purchase the new product separately at www.logincycleclub.com

Please note the following exceptions: There are no refunds on sale items. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size, colour or style.

Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase (excluding original shipping cost).

Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

All items purchased Online MUST be returned to Login Cycle Club for returns or exchanges.
